Is the answer simple? Of course NOT!
The timing of the massage varies greatly.
If you are having a more difficult day full of tension, we recommend a quick lunchtime treatment. A 45-minute massage will be great for getting you back on your feet, giving you the strength and support you need.
When the day is still ahead of you, but you know that your well-being needs special care, but you do not want to get extremely lazy, we recommend the 60-minute massage. It won't break you down in terms of energy, but it will give you the energy and drive to get going. Such a dose of support in the morning will also be useful for those who wake up with a sore back.
For difficult cases or a day without any commitments, we strongly recommend longer visits. We know from experience that you have the most blissful facial when all thoughts disappear in your head. On average, the quieting of all thoughts and the attainment of full, wonderful ZEN begins around the first hour of massage. No one in their right mind wants to stop the treatment at that point 😂 so for full relaxation and tranquillity we recommend massages of more than 1.5 hours.
