Cleanse your face well (with a micellar lotion, oil, gel or facial cleanser) before applying the cream.
It is also worth toning the skin with a toner or hydrolat. It is also worth applying a serum 🙂
Follow each successive step directly one after the other, remembering to apply successive substances to still damp skin.
Let's get on with it:
Warm a small amount of cream in the palms of your hands. Start applying the cream starting from the chin heading towards the forehead, always from the inside to the outside of the face. Follow with the décolleté in strips from the collarbone to the jaw.
It is worth using the application of the cream to give your face a massage. It will be absorbed faster and more effectively, and at the same time you will stimulate circulation, oxygenate and make your skin more elastic 🙂 .
You will perform the massage:
- Stroking from inside to outside in strands, starting from the chin and moving towards the forehead.
- Apply in alternating circular motions with your fingertips, also pointing in the direction of your forehead. Your skin will be supple and you won't have to worry about so-called "gravity wrinkles".
If you want to work on facial wrinkles, rub along their course, from the inside of the face to the outside or from the bottom to the top.
- by making gentle strokes with your fingertips
- Drain the area around the eye- align your fingers into a V shape and place them - one under the lower eyelid, the other on the upper eyelid. Gently pull to the outer corner of the eye.
- by patting your face with your fingertips - this improves the lymphatic circulation and prevents the skin from drooping.
