WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF YOUR DATA PROCESSING?
Your personal data is processed for one or more of the following purposes:
- The performance of the contract concluded by you with VERDE (Article 6(1) lt. b) RODO);
- to fulfil VERDE's legal obligations, including in particular those under the Accounting Act and the Value Added Tax Act (Art. 6(1) lt. c) RODO);
- the protection of the legitimate interests pursued by VERDE, consisting of the need to ensure that possible recovery actions can be taken (Article 6(1) lt. f) RODO);
- to protect the legitimate interests pursued by VERDE in carrying out marketing activities, in particular the transmission (including by email and telephone) of commercial information and offers (Article 6(1) lt. f) RODO);
- to protect the legitimate interests pursued by VERDE in monitoring service quality and conducting customer satisfaction surveys (Art. 6(1) lt. f) RODO).
WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR DATA?
Your data may be disclosed by VERDE to entities cooperating with it (recipients) on the basis of contracts of entrustment of data processing, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular to entities providing marketing services or to other entities when this is necessary for the purposes referred to above.
FOR HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your personal data will be stored for the period prescribed by law, in particular for the period indicated in tax and accounting regulations. Your personal data will be stored for no longer than 10 years after the end of the contract period, in particular to ensure that disputes can be resolved and claims can be asserted (i.e. until the statute of limitations for mutual contractual claims).
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING?
You are entitled to:
- The right of access to the content of your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation as to whether VERDE is processing your personal data and the right to obtain access to this data, as well as information on the recipients to whom your data has been disclosed.
- The right to rectify inaccurate data and to request the completion of incomplete data (Article 16 RODO);
- The right to request erasure (Article 17(1) RODO).
- The right to data portability, i.e. to receive and transmit the data to another controller (Article 20(1) RODO);
- The right to request the restriction of data processing (Article 18(1) RODO);
- The right to object to the processing of data on grounds relating to his/her particular situation (Article 21(1) RODO);
- The right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (Article 21(2) RODO);
Where your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(a) RODO), you furthermore have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

TO WHOM CAN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In particular, a complaint can be lodged in the Member State of the European Union which is the State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged infringement was committed.
WILL THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA BE MANDATORY?
If you wish to conclude a contract with VERDE in the future, the provision of personal data will not be mandatory (it will not be a legal requirement), but will be necessary in order to conclude a contract with VERDE - the consequence of failing to do so will be that the contract cannot be concluded.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer (usually on the hard drive). The default parameters for cookies allow the information they contain to be read only by the server that created them. Application
