Duration: 60 - 90 minutes

The Bowen technique is one of the osteopathic modalities. It works through the nervous system on both a structural and functional level, through the muscular and fascial systems and through the lymphatic and circulatory systems. It unblocks systemic repair processes bringing the body back into balance.

The treatment consists of gentle, specific movements in very specific areas, either directly on the skin or through a thin garment. During the treatment, the therapist concentrates on working with the fascia. During the session, there are breaks between the individual movements. These are of great importance as they give the body the necessary time to react and start the healing process.

Often, it only takes a few sessions for many complaints to subside.

The aim of the treatment is the whole body, but it can also be directed at a specific problem. The treatment lasts approximately 90 minutes and is carried out in clothing.

The treatment is performed once a week. The vibration released during movement according to the Bowen concept is transmitted to the nervous system and stimulates the brain to trigger the healing process in the body.
