Terms and conditions for the reservation fee in the form of a deposit

1 The payment of the booking fee, hereafter referred to as the "deposit", is mandatory and forms the basis for booking the treatment.
2 The deposit is always 50% of the value of the booked service.
3. the value of the prepaid service is determined by the pricelist listed on the website. Treatments.
4 Deposits are non-refundable.
5 The deposit can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, fast payment system including: blik, blik for phone, fast transfer, PayPal, gift voucher and traditional transfer.
6 The amount of the prepaid deposit can be transferred once to another booking if the prepaid treatment is cancelled no later than 24 hours before the planned booking date.
7. deposit from a treatment cancelled less than 24 hours after the booked date remains on the account of Verde Day SPA S.C. and constitutes coverage of the costs of employing a therapist and renting premises at ul. Bracka 6/4, Kraków.
8 The payment link and the amount of the deposit is generated by the Verde Day Spa receptionist based on the price and date of the treatment the client wishes to book.
9. If a deposit is not made, the appointment booking will be forfeited.
10. The link to pay the deposit is one-off and valid for 24 hours.
11. The link to the deposit is sent according to the customer's instructions: to the e-mail address or telephone number stated at the time of booking.
(12) In the event that a booking cannot be fulfilled through the fault of Verde Day Spa or Verde Day Spa cancels a booking for which the customer has made a payment in the form of a deposit, Verde Day Spa is obliged to refund the payment within 5 working days of the booking date, or according to the customer's indication - to transfer the deposit to another date.
